Language Proficiency

To qualify for the language proficiency requirement, you must take the specific test listed below and score using the gauge set by Canadian Language Benchmark.

For the Canadian English Language Proficiency Program (CELPIP), you should score about 5+ for speaking, 4+ for writing, 5+ for listening and 4+ for reading.

For the International test System (IELTS), you need a minimum of 5+ for listening, 4+ for writing, 3.5+ for reading and 5+ for speaking.

The official French test is Test devaluation de Francais (TEF), and applicants must meet the minimum, which are 181+ for writing, 226+ for speaking, 121+ for reading and 181+ for writing.
